How do I book?
To book an appointment, you can either call us on 01273 285215, use the booking form above, or book through our website. All appointments must be pre-booked.
Do I need a patch test?
Some treatments require a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. These include tinting, lash lift and certain brow treatments. Treatments cannot go ahead without a patch test where required.
Is there parking?
Yes, we are in a residential area. Please be mindful of neighbours' driveways when parking.
Is there an age limit on treatments?
Yes, some treatments have a minimum age of 16. Please check before booking minors in for treatments at the salon.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Reschedules or cancellations will not be charged if we are notified 48 hours prior. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
What stage of pregnancy can I book massage?
Pregnancy massage can only be offered after your first trimester. A full consultation is required to ensure safety. We are unable to offer massage to anyone experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
Is sound healing suitable for everyone?
Sound healing is gentle and non-invasive, suitable for all ages and experience levels. If you have sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy, please let us know beforehand.
